Freedom Village has been designed to address the social and economic needs of healthy, independent adults age 62 or older. Located on a 10 acre beautifully landscaped site we provide some of the largest units in the south suburbs with some of the lowest rents. We currently have 6 one bedroom units available with a March 1 move in date. All residents are required to pay a one-time NON REFUNDABLE ENTRANCE FEE of $1005 and a $100 application fee. Upon move in $55 of the app fee will be credited towards the first months rent the remaining $45 goes towards the credit check.
